Philadelphia Police say that a babysitter has been arrested for the death of a 2yo toddler that has been missing for almost two weeks. 24-year-old Tianna Parks is charged with murder, interference with the custody of children, abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence, and obstruction of justice. The family of missing 2-year-old King Hill of Philadelphia says that detectives confirmed to them on Sunday afternoon, 7/19, that the boy has been killed. A street mural written in bold, capital yellow letters was painted on Friday night, 7/17, along the Benjamin Franklin Parkway outer lanes near 22nd Street. It reads 'I WILL BREATHE' meant to be an evolution of 'I Can't Breathe' which are the last words of Eric Garner and George Floyd used by many protestors calling for police reform.
