Philadelphia Police are looking for identify several teenagers or young men seen in a video attacking and robbing a man in North Philly. The attackers filmed the attack themselves and posted the video on Instagram last week. It has since been taken down, but not before it was forwarded to police. Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf said Friday night, 3/20, that enforcement of his order to close all non life-sustaining businesses given on Thursday night, 3/19, will be delayed. Enforcement was to begin on Saturday, 3/21, at 12:01 a.m. It will be delayed until Monday, 3/23, at 8 a.m. The delay in enforcement is being attributed to the high volume of waiver requests from businesses. A drive-through coronavirus COVID-19 testing site opened on Friday afternoon, 3/20, outside Citizen's Bank Park in South Philadelphia. The Community Based Testing Site will be open from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. each day as long as supplies last. The testing site is open to the public and a doctor's note or prescription is not necessary, however, the Philadelphia Department of Public Health is restricting eligibility to testing at this time to certain groups of people:

Changes to List and Times of Philadelphia Schools Distributing Free Student Meals Starting Mon. 3/23

The Philadelphia School District and City officials have come up with a new policy surrounding the distribution of free student meals during the coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. Parks and Recreation Centers will no longer be distributing a meal at 3 p.m. daily. School sites will now only be handing out meals on Monday and Thursday. However, they will be giving out 3 breakfasts and 3 lunches per student each time. See the new guidelines and list of distribution sites below.

Around 1,000 contract workers at Philadelphia International Airport are expected to be laid off in the coming days due to coronavirus COVID-19. The Service Employees International Union (SEIU) says workers will get notices between Thursday and Monday as part of a 'massive layoff.'
