The Office of the Mayor has issued an advisory for a series of permanent road closures due to the Democratic National Convention being held in Philadelphia this week.

Around the arena, 10-foot-long bags with thousands of inflated balloons sat waiting to be hung, producers milled about, and a police K9 took a lap around the blue carpeted floor.
