| Accused state trooper killer Eric Frein entered no plea at a preliminary arraignment this morning in Pike County. He is charged with first degree murder, homicide of a law enforcement officer, attempted homicide of a law enforcement officer and other charges. He appeared without an attorney. An arraignment hearing is being held this morning for accused cop killer Eric Frein who was arrested last night. Frein's arrest after a 48 day manhunt will now move to the courts where prosecution will seek the death penalty for the capital crime. After a 48-day man-hunt, the suspect in the murder of a state trooper, Eric Frein, has been caught in the Poconos. He was found hiding in an unused airplane hangar outside of Tannersville. Frein was charged with the murder of a state trooper along with other charges, including possession of two weapons of mass destruction.

The incident occurred while the bus was stopped at a light on its way to Moorestown Upper Elementary School. Two children, fourth graders, saw the man in a car alongside the bus expose himself. Every once in awhile, you get the opportunity to attend something special, emotional and lasting. Last week I attended the 19th Annual Music Master Awards/Conference/Tribute Concert for The Everly Brothers. I will cherish and remember the conference but especially the concert forever. When I think about it today, I have two distinct emotions, joy and a tear.
