He increased capacity limits for both indoor and outdoor venues and also did away with out-of-state travel restrictions. It happened around 3:30 p.m. at the Citizens Bank branch on the 3700 block of Germantown Avenue in the Tioga section. | Philadelphia Police released images of three suspects and a vehicle in connection to last week's mass shooting at SEPTA's Olney Transportation Center. It happened around 2:50 p.m on Wednesday, 2/17, at Broad and Olney. Eight people were shot ages 17-71. No one was killed. | Police are searching for two suspects wanted for robbing and shooting a store employee in Warminster on Thursday afternoon, 2/25.
