Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court Judge Christine Fizzano Cannon ruled in favor of the Trump campaign and ordered that poll watchers be allowed greater access to observe ballot counting inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia. The campaign filed a lawsuit on Wednesday seeking greater 'transparency' in the process.

| Philadelphia City Commissioner Lisa Deeley told reporters on Tuesday night, 11/3, that election officials have counted and reported around 76,000 mail-in ballots out of 350,000. They will not be reporting anymore results from mail-in ballots until Wednesday morning. They will be working 24 hours a day until all ballots are counted.
