The City of Philadelphia announced on Monday, April 11, that it will be moving back to Level 2: Mask Precautions in the COVID-19 response system due to rising case counts. It will go into effect on Monday, April 18, to give businesses a one-week educational period. Level 2 is when average new cases per day are between 100 and 225. A Philadelphia man is wanted for shooting and killing his ex-girlfriend as she was pumping gas at a gas station in King of Prussia on Friday night, 4/8. Philadelphia Police are asking the public's help in identifying three suspects wanted in the shooting of a 15-year-old in an attempted carjacking last month in the Wissinoming neighborhood. A 3-alarm fire in Trenton left two dead and 4 injured on Saturday night, 4/2. It happened just before 7 p.m. on the 800 block of Carteret Street. A New Jersey man who conspired with his then girlfriend and a homeless veteran to create a false feel good story, and turned that into a $400,000 GoFundMe scam was sentenced on Friday, 4/1, on federal charges.
