| Facebook Launched into the world of Public Ownership with it's debut on the NASDAQ today. It wasn't an impressive IPO, but it wasn't a bust either, gaining slightly on the day. Facebook launched their Initial Public Offering on Wall Street's NASDAQ this morning. The biggest tech stock ever opened at $38 share valuing the company at $104 billion. Facebook is the hottest IPO since Google in 2004.
Residents of the Washington Tower Apartments in Fort Washington have been told that the building has been condemned by Washington Township. About 80 families were given 2 days notice of the eviction and have to move out by 1 pm today.

Police are investigating a triple shooting in West Philadelphia Thursday night. A 22-year-old man is in critical condition after being shot in the forehead and in the leg. A second man is in stable condition after he was shot once in the arm and once in the thigh. The third victim is also in stable condition after he was shot in the arm and leg. The shootings are labeled as drug related.

| Florida prosecutors released a massive package of evidence in the case against George Zimmerman in the death of Trayvon Martin. It contained documents, photos, and video. Most significant of that evidence is Trayvon Martin's autopsy report which found THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana, in his urine and blood. Donna Summer, the Queen of Disco, has passed away at the age of 63 this morning in Florida. She had been battling cancer. Summer was a 5-time Grammy winner. She was a superstar in the '70s with iconic disco hits like "Last Dance," "Hot Stuff", "Bad Girls", and "Heaven Knows"
