President Obama will visit the Jersey Shore on Tuesday with Governor Chris Christie to view recovery from Hurricane Sandy. It will be the President's first time on the shore since he visited right after Sandy hit on October 31st. A White House advisory said President Obama would view the ongoing recovery efforts from Sandy and talk about “expanding economic opportunity for families hit by the storm.”

The New Jersey Attorney General and the Director of the division of Alcoholic Beverage Control have released more details in their yearlong investigation called "Operation Swill." Twenty-nine bars and restaurants including 13 TGI Friday's were accused of substituting cheap booze for top-shelf liquor. Others were found using “river water,” not from a tap, and at least one used food coloring and rubbing alcohol as substitute for whiskey. The investigation happened between January and... Missing College Student Matthew Royer has been found safe in North Carolina

Matthew Royer, 21, of Skippack, Montgomery, PA went missing last Friday on his way home from college at the University of Rhode Island. He left school at around 6:30 last Thursday night and was seen on surveillance at a gas station only 35 miles from home at 2:00 am Friday. The last known sighting of him was on Friday at 1 pm in Lebanon County about an hour from his home. His parent's reported him missing last Friday and authorities began their search.

A suspect is dead following a police-involved shooting in Germantown Wednesday night on the 5500 block of Devon Street. Police were responding to a report of a man with a gun at Locust Avenue and Devon Street. Police say a suspect pulled a handgun on police officers and officers shot him. The family says the man was unarmed and was running to the corner store.

Philadelphia district attorney Seth Williams announced Wednesday afternoon that Herbert and Catherine Schaible had been charged with third degree murder, involuntary manslaughter, conspiracy and endangering the welfare of a child. The Schaible's 7-month-old son Brandon died April 18th of dehydration and bacterial pneumonia due to a streptococcus infection which could have been treated with antibiotics. FBI Bombing Investigation in Florida, Rita's Water Ice Shooting, NJ Handicap Parking Change

An FBI agent was involved in a shooting near Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida this morning that left a man dead. The agent was investigating connections to the Boston Marathon bombings. The victim is believed to be a Chedhen man who may have known bombing suspect number 1, Tamerian Tsarnaev from MMA fights.
