Philadelphia Police released surveillance footage of a drive-by shooting in North Philadelphia that left 1 man dead and 5 others injured. It happened just before 2:30 p.m. on the 1300 block of West Chew Avenue near Broad Street in the Fern Rock neighborhood. Former U.S. Attorney Bill McSwain formally announced his candidacy for the Republican nomination for Pennsylvania Governor in 2022 on Monday, 9/13. There was speculation he would run for months.
