He was speaking to an audience at the Parkway Central Library at 1901 Vine Street. One teen is in critical condition and another is in custody following a shooting linked to a botched drug deal in Havertown on Tuesday night, 2/12. It happened around 8:15 p.m. along Glen Gary Drive and Rose Tree Lane in the Westgate Hills neighborhood of Havertown. Lower Southampton Police are searching for several men caught on surveillance camera destroying the fields at a Bucks County school. The vandalism happened last month at Tawanka Elementary School in Feasterville-Trevose. The property was turfed up by individuals riding a red/white dirt bike, orange quad, and a yellow quad. A Wilmington police officer has been arrested after being accused of raping a woman inside his police cruiser back in October. Corporal Thomas R. Oliver, Jr is charged with rape, extortion, and official misconduct. It happened on Oct. 16, 2018 on the 700 block of East 9th Street. Oliver, who was in uniform and in a marked car, pulled up alongside a woman and told her to get in the passenger seat. Clovena Klenk has lived on the 600 block of East Thompson Street for 60 years. Two men were critically injured when a tanker truck overturned on I-95 near Bensalem this morning, 2/7. It happened around 10:15 a.m. on the off-ramp from I-95 northbound to Woodhaven Road (Rt. 63). The parents of a 16-month-old toddler who overdosed and almost died after ingesting heroin have surrendered to the Upper Darby Police Department. 35-year-old Nora Boyle and 42-year-old Greg Searl were charged with endangering the welfare of a child and related offenses.
