The two New Jersey men who posted video of them peeing on a memorial of a little boy who died from cancer have been arrested and charged in the incident. 23-year-old Bryan Bellace, the urinator, is charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, lewdness and having an open alcoholic beverage in a park. 23-year-old Daniel Flippen, the videographer, was chaged with having an open alcoholic beverage in a park. A Philadelphia plainclothes officer opened fire on a man with special needs begging for quarters because the officer believed the man was armed. It happened around 9 p.m. on the 3400 block of G Street in Kensington. The family has identified the victim as 28-year-old Joel Johnson. Several people were injured in a multi-vehicle accident at the Neshaminy Mall on Saturday afternoon, 5/18. It happened around 4:30 p.m. on the 3900 block of Rock Hill Drive. The crash happened in the parking lot of the mall. One of the vehicles ended up over turned. Several people were taken to St. Mary’s Hospital with non life-threatening injuries. Brandon Olivieri has been found guilty of 1st degree murder of 16-year-old Salvatore DiNubile and 3rd degree murder of 16-year-old Caleer Miller by a Philadelphia jury Friday afternoon, 5/17. A third arrest has been made in the death of a 70-year-old man who was found inside a plastic storage bin in Frankford. 28-year-old Michael Ciaccia was arrested on Wednesday, 5/15, and charged with murder. 70-year-old Robert Derer was found dead in a blue plastic bin inside a home on the 1600 block of Fillmore Street.
