A massive water main break flooded areas of Frankford this morning causing many delays, evacuations, and closures. A 48-inch water main broke shortly before 9 a.m. at the intersection of Frankford and Torresdale Avenues. Water came rushing into the area flooding out area business and streets. The water department was able to identify the location of the break and close the appropriate values by around 11:30 am. The Philadelphia School District dismissed more than 30 schools early on Monday at 11:30 a.m. and St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children closed their outpatient center and rescheduled elective surgeries. Low water pressure has been reported from miles away, effecting 8 different zip codes. SEPTA also had to detour their 5 and 56 buses. That main is buried 20 feet below ground and repairs will take some time.

Philadelphia police are asking for your help in finding a missing woman. Kelly McKeown, 34, has been missing since Thursday, December 19th. Police say she was last seen in the 2200 block of South 3rd Street. McKeown is 5'9" tall, 175 pounds with short blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans and a light tan windbreaker. Police say she suffers from depression. Anyone with information is asked to call South Detective Division at 215-686-3013.

Dulary, an Asian elephant who lived at the Philadelphia Zoo from 1964 until her move to Tennessee’s The Elephant Sanctuary in 2007, has passed away this morning. There were no indications that the elephant was sick last night, but she had experienced intermittent health issues. Dulary celebrated her 50th birthday back in May.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo may not play the rest of the season due to a back injury. That mean he'd be out for this Sunday's NFC East title game against the Eagles. League sources tell ESPN that he is out following an MRI, but Cowboys coach Jason Garrett won't rule him out just yet. Romo will continue to get treatment this week and they'll evaluate day by day. Backup QB Kyle Orton will most likely take over.

Tonight,
Cloudy, some showers temperatures in the upper 40's this evening in Center City
