UPDATE 3:50 pm: There is now a $25,000 reward. Jim Townsend, Director of Operations for Kildare's, held a press conference this afternoon adding $10,000 to the reward from the restaurant. He explained that Montgomery was not stumbling drunk when asked to leave and was polite to staff when they walked him out like his mother has been saying. He said that Shane turned left out of the establishment and walked south on Main Street. They are working closely with Police and FBI.

There is a $15,000 reward for information leading to the whereabouts of 21 year old West Chester University senior, Shane Montgomery who remains missing after a night out in Manayunk with friends last Wednesday. The FBI has joined the search and the Philadelphia Police Department's Marine Unit spent yesterday searching along the canal by the Schuylkill River off Main Street in Manayunk. If you have any information, please contact Philadelphia Police Northwest Detectives at 215-686-3353.

Archbishop Charles Chaput continued preparation for Pope Francis’ visit to Philadelphia for the World Meeting of Families in September with the debut of an official hymn. "Sound the Bell of Holy Freedom," commissioned from liturgical composer Normand Gouin, was sung for the first time Sunday at a Mass celebrated by Chaput at the Cathedral Basilica of SS. Peter and Paul. Gouin, now at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., is the former director of music at the Old St. Joseph's Church in Society Hill.

Atlantic City needs a solution to turn around its fortunes. New Jersey officials are contemplating turning to the private sector to jump-start development there. One proposal being reviewed by Governor Christie and legislative leaders is the creation of a nonprofit development corporation that would help decide what projects to build. That could involve demolishing the shuttered Trump Plaza to create walkable retail and restaurant space and open sight lines, officials said.
