Philadelphia's Department of Licenses and Inspections (L+I) has temporarily closed a Fishtown social club following coronavirus COVID-19 violations. Golf and Social Club on the 1000 block of Delaware Avenue will be allowed to resume food and beverage ONLY once it is up to COVID-19 protocols. It will NOT be permitted to offer live entertainment. This bar/club features indoor golf simulators. Police say the club has caused problems in the past. On Friday night, 3/26, it was the scene of a shooting that injured 7 people including 3 teenagers. The victims ranged in age from 17 - 42. "This area is not on our radar [for violence], we haven't had issues in this area at this point. But I will say, that social club is problematic. It was shut down at least three times in the past. I know for a fact last year it was shut down," Philadelphia Police Deputy Commissioner Joel Dales said.

Two teens were injured in a shooting near a recreation center in Germantown on Tuesday night, 3/20. It happened just before 8 p.m. on the 4900 block of Wayne Avenue on a path behind the Happy Hollow Recreation Center. A 17-year-old boy was shot in the elbow and a 16-year-old girl was shot in the neck. They were both taken to the hospital in stable condition. "Two males and wearing masks were last seen running westbound on the path where the shooting occurred," said Chief Inspector Scott Small with the Philadelphia Police Department. If you have any information, call police at 215-686-TIPS.

Philadelphia Police are searching for a suspect who held up a 17-year-old girl making a deposit at an ATM in Northeast Philadelphia last month. It happened on February 14 on the 7300 block Bustleton Avenue in Rhawnhurt. The girl was making a deposit outside the bank when the suspect grabbed her from behind and placed a gun to her head. He said, "don't try it I will put a hole in you." She dropped the deposit bag. The suspect picked it up and fled north on Bustleton Ave to Bleigh Avenue where he got in his vehicle. If you have any information, call police at 215-686-TIPS. Watch the video below.
