A porch pirate accused of dressing like an Amazon delivery driver to steal packages from homes in Fishtown has been arrested. The man was caught on surveillance video stealing the packages from neighbors' doorsteps on the 1300 block of East Oxford Street and riding away on a bicycle. If you find yourself the victim of package theft, make sure you report it to both the police department and to Amazon for refund or replacement. Amazon hub lockers are available as secure delivery locations if you don't feel your doorstep is the safest place.

SEE ALSO: Amazon Hub Locker "is a secure, self-service kiosk where you can pick up your Amazon packages when it's convenient for you."

Police in Bucks County are searching for a former councilman who went missing last week. Former Morrisville councilman 55-year-old David Nay has not been since since Thursday, 4/29. He is listed as missing and endangered. Police say that he is "contending with a mental health issue" and is believed to be armed. He was driving a 2005 Chevy pick-up truck with Pennsylvania license plate ZRG-602. If you have any information, contact Morrisville police at (215) 295-8112.

A Bucks County man is under arrest for a number of offenses including burning his dead dog on a barbecue grill in his front lawn last week. 49-year-old Nikolay Lukyanchikov of Northampton Township is charged with aggravated cruelty to animals, discharge of a firearm into an occupied structure, and other related offenses. Police were called around 7 a.m. Friday, April 30, to Lukyanchikov's home on Holly Knoll Drive in Churchville for the report of a burning couch and a fire pit in the front yard. They arrived to Lukyanchikov sitting on a bench near the fire. Once firefighters put out the flames, they saw the charred remains of an animal on a small charcoal grill. It was determined to be Lukyanchikov's dog. He was arrested and is being held at Bucks County Prison on $1 million bail.
