Three pipe bombs have been found in a Bucks County home and police have issued an arrest warrant for 50 year old John Grzyminski. His mom returned home from vacation and found a pipe bomb on the kitchen counter. She called police who found 2 more and removed several guns from the home.

After the judge suggested settling the Duck Boat civil case out of court, both sides have come to an agreement. $17 million will be paid to the victims. $15 million will go to the families of the two Hungarian students killed. $2 million will be divided among the others on the boat.

Residents in Northampton are resisting a push to install cell phone poles for T Mobile in some front lawns. American Tower Company plans to place about 60 poles, each about 25 feet tall throughout the township. Much of the wiring is already in, but a petition is circulating.

Sports
The 76ers hope to close out the Bulls playoff hopes in South Philly tonight.
