South Jersey Man now has 5 DWI's, Manayunk Water Main Break, "Black Madame" to Stand Trial

A South Jersey man who made headlines a few days ago for his wreckless flaunting of the DUI laws, has yet again been arrested for driving under the influence. 45-year-old Anderson Sotomayor was arrested at about noon today during a traffic stop at Park and Crystal Avenues in Vineland. That's his 5th DWI arrest in 38 days. His last coming May 12th. His still has his license because he has yet to go to trial for the first offense on April 11th. That court date is May 30th. Until then all Police can do is keep arresting him under current laws, despite the danger he is putting himself and the public in.

A 10 inch water main broke along Main Street in Manayunk this afternoon turning the west side of the business district into an extension of the Canal. The burst happened around 3:30 this afternoon and businesses from Levering to Green Lane watched as the water rose to knee deep in some spots. After 90 minutes the main was turned off, and water started to recede leaving behind a muddy mess. Some buildings took water in their basements, but not much major damage was reported, just a lot of clean up.

42-year-old transgendered woman, Padge Windslowe, aka “Black Madame”, is being held for trial for administering a silicone butt-enhancing injection three months ago that left a 23-year-old exotic dancer with silicone embolism syndrome, or silicone clots in her lungs. Windslowe does not have a medical license to perform plastic surgery. She's charged with aggravated assault, deceptive business practices, and other related crimes for the "butt pumping party" that she held. Windslowe is also the person of interest in the ongoing case involving the death of a British tourist who received silicone butt-enhancing at a hotel airport. That investigation is still under progress.

In Sports, The Phillies placed Vance Worley on the 15 day Disabled List because of soreness in his elbow.

Tonight partly cloudy skies and comfortable, temperatures in the 70s this evening in Philadelphia.
