More graphic testimony in the trial of Jerry Sandusky. Former graduate assistant Mike McQueary told the jury that when he saw Sandusky in the locker room showers with a 10 year old, there was no doubt in his mind that Sandusky was raping the boy. Another victim told of sleepovers and sex assaults at Sandusky’s house.

With PennDot’s expansion of I-95, six billboards will be permanently removed along the highway in the city’s Tacony section. City council is considering moving 4 boards to new locations but opponents claim the new billboard locations are too close to homes.

Neighbors in the Eastwick section are protesting a proposal that would allow the Korman Company to put up a 722 unit apartment complex. Philadelphia City Council has tabled the proposed zoning change that would allow for the development of 35 acres of vacant green space.

Sports
The Phillies send Cole Hamels to the mound tonight against the Minnesota Twins.

Weather
Mostly sunny and breezy today. High 78 in Philadelphia.
