Farm Aid's principals - Willie Nelson, John Mellencamp, Neil Young and Dave Matthews - have announced this year's Farm Aid concert. The show will take place at Hershey Park Stadium in Hershey on September 22. Also on the bill will be Willie's son Lukas Nelson, Neil's wife Pegi Young and Jack Johnson. More artists will likely be announced in the next few weeks. Tickets go on sale to the general public on this Friday, July 13 at 10 am ET.

Officials say the scorching heat wave that pushed temperatures into triple digits claimed the lives of three more elderly people in Pennsylvania. One in Philadelphia, and two in Lehigh County. The National Weather Service says Philadelphia recorded a high of 90 on Monday, extending the long heat wave into a 12th day.

Armed men suspected of triggering an exchange of gunfire at a weekend soccer tournament in Delaware that left three people dead and two wounded apparently targeted the tournament organizer. The dead included the tournament organizer, a 16-year-old boy participating in the tournament and one of three suspects alleged to have initiated the deadly violence Sunday afternoon at a park near downtown Wilmington. One of two suspects taken into custody was the subject of an outstanding warrant charging him with first-degree murder in a 2008 shooting.
