The NCAA has not ruled out the death penalty for Penn State which would shut down the football program, punishing not only the school but the students, the alumni and countless Pennsylvania businesses that benefit from Nittany Lion football. The NCAA is considering whether Penn State lost institutional control over the football program and violated ethics rules.

FBI agents raided the home of Trenton's mayor early this morning. Federal Agents showed up at about 2 am and began searching his home. Mayor Tony Mack is in the second year of his term and some of his top appointees have been arrested since he took office in 2010.
