Jerry Sandusky?s shower victim has filed a lawsuit against Penn State. The victims lawyers also released two voicemails Sandusky left for the victim just prior to Sandusky's indictment last year. In both messages, Sandusky tells Victim #2 that he loves him and in one message invites him to a Penn State game

Another grievance over disabled students has been filed against Oxford Area High School Principal, David Madden. Todd Shelly suffers from cystic fibrosis. His parents claim Madden blocked their son from getting assignments and belittled the mother in e-mails. In February, Madden was accused of calling a bipolar student a "psychopath" and compared him to famous assassins.

A medical technician who worked at Temple University Hospital has been found to have Hepatitis C. Former itinerant medical technician, David Kwiatkowski was arrested in New Hampshire, accused of stealing syringes filled with Fentanyl, then returning the used, contaminated empties.
