Andy Reid was back in charge at Eagles Training Camp yesterday, the day after his son, Garrett Reid's funeral. And Andy will be on the sideline tonight for the Eagles pre-season opener at Lincoln Financial Field against the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Eagles will wear Garret Reid's initials on the back of their helmets and Michael Vick has dedicated the season to Coach Reid's son.

Philadelphia is the late night capital of the country. That's the word from Esquire Magazine. The magazine focused on Philadelphia's restaurants and bars in neighborhoods throughout the city that stay open late. Many other big cities roll up the sidewalks after dark.

A Delaware pediatrician and his wife are accused of disciplining their daughter by using "waterboarding" torture tactics, holding her nose under running water as punishment. Dr. Melvin Morse started punishing his daughter this way from the time she was eight years old. Dr. Morse's wife, Pauline stood by and watched. Dr. Morse is in custody.
