Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. which owns Greenhouse on Vandam Street in SoHo, and shares space, a liquor license and owners with W.I.P. has filed a $16 million lawsuit against hip hop stars Chris Brown and Drake.

The lawsuit stems from a bottle breaking, glass flying brawl that broke out between the two and their entourages on June 14th, presumably over their shared love interest in singer Rihanna. The incident started when Brown sent Drake a bottle of champagne and Drake sent it back. Bottles were broken to be used as weapons, glasses were thrown. Brown himself sustained a gash on his chin, of which he tweeted a photo. Several other bystanders were injured including NBA star Tony Parker.

The lawsuit claims that because of the notoriety they lost a $4 million licensing deal. They also had their liquor license stripped temporarily. The lounge was also left in shambles with broken glass and furniture strewn about. In addition, several of the injured patrons have sued the establishment for their injuries including Tony Parker who had glass hit his eye.

They feel that Drake and Chris Brown are both responsible for the entirety of the fight. The lawsuit state they "should have foreseen that their notoriety and celebrity would ensure that their acts had far reaching and devastating effects." They "began to fight violently with each other... Each ordered his security personnel, bodyguards, friends and entourage to join the fight.”

Their personal body guards were also named in the suit as John Does. The suit states, "Each arrived with his own small army of bodyguards, 'security' personnel, employees, friends and other members of their entourage consisting of at least 15 heavily built men trained and/or experienced in hand-to-hand and weapons combat... Defendants overran the nightclub's extensive security measures and the brawl overtook the entire space. Terrorized patrons ran for cover...most were unable to protect themselves."

Not surprising, reports say that Drake and Brown never actually laid a hand on each other.
