Last night, the skies over the Benjamin Franklin Parkway were crisscrossed by 24 beams of light responding to hundreds of recorded voice messages. "Open Air" is an interactive light exhibit that will take place nightly through mid-October. The light show can be seen for 10 miles around the city. To record your voice and see it in lights, go to www.openairphilly.net

A twelve inch water main break disrupted rush hour this morning on the Roosevelt Boulevard in the Northeast. The inner and outer Southbound lanes were affected and the outer lanes will be closed all day while repairs are made. Detours around the area make for extra travel and thousands of residents are without water service today.

A 15 year old boy is in custody today after being turned over by his parents, who were notified that their son was a suspect in the shooting on the Broad Street subway. He is the suspected shooter who injured two teenagers on the train. One of the injured teenagers has been released from the hospital. The other remains in critical condition.

Sports
The Phillies open a weekend series at home tonight with the Atlanta Braves.
