The Philadelphia Zoo is planning some big improvements around the gardens, a children's zoo and outside the zoo. A new $24 million parking garage is planned with funding from federal, state and city grants as well as private zoo loans. The garage and improvements are expected to be completed in the Spring of 2013.

There was another smash and grab robbery last night. Jay Roberts Jewelry store on Route 73 in Marlton, NJ was hit about 8 o'clock last night by two men who got away with high end watches valued at $150,000. Police are investigating possible connections to other similar thefts.

Three teenage girls beat a mentally challenged woman for no apparent reason yesterday then posted a video of their attack on Facebook. The video shows the girls laughing and screaming as they took turns punching the woman. Four of the six suspects have now been arrested and will be charged as adults.
