A double shooting in the city's Brewerytown neighborhood Wednesday night is under investigation. Police say a 24 year old man was shot in the lower back and taken to Hahnemann University Hospital where he is listed in stable condition. The second victim, and 18 year old man, was taken to Temple University Hospital after being shot in the buttocks, also listed in stable condition. No arrests have been made at this time.

Police in Upper Darby arrested three men who they say abducted a fifteen year old girl off the street in Southwest Philadelphia Friday night and raped her several times during the course of three days in an Upper Darby apartment. The girl found a way to escape Sunday morning and police say she reconnected with her father who took her to the hospital. The three suspects, now in custody, are Eddie Johnson, 37, of Philadelphia and Upper Darby residents Alfred Kulah, 35, and Mortimah Kesselly, 41, are charged with kidnapping, sexual assault and related offenses.

A Main Line man is under arrest accused in a heartless crime. Police say he stole two donation cans from two stores in Wayne in less than an hour on Monday. Surveillance video shows the thief swiping a donation can right off of the counter at Gerri Whetstone’s Garden Shoppe in Wayne. Upon being confronted, the suspect had swiped a second can from Braxton’s Animal Works next door. Police identified the suspect as 34-year-old Martin Cunningham of Wayne. Police say he’s been charged with theft and related offenses.
