Former Penn State administrators, Gary Schultz and Tim Curley appeared in court today and were arraigned on new charges in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case. The men are accused hushing up child sex abuse allegations against Sandusky. Charges include endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy.

The first Atlantic City casinos reopened and started taking customers' money for the first time since Hurricane Sandy forced them shut on Sunday. The Golden Nugget opened this morning with the other 11 casinos expected to follow soon. Each facility needs to get regulators to sign off before allowing gamblers inside.

As of Friday afternoon, 65 businesses in New Jersey have been subpoenaed for Hurricane Sandy related price gauging. New Jersey's price gouging statute makes it illegal to set excessive price increases during a declared state of emergency. Consumers who suspect price gouging as a result of Hurricane Sandy, are urged to call the Division of Consumer Affairs at (800) 242-5846.
