Next Nor'easter Intensifies, PECO 99% Back on the Grid, Election Day Tuesday

The National Weather Service is now saying the Nor'easter coming up the coast is intensifying. On Wednesday, significant coastal flooding, strong winds and more storm surge are likely. As the storm strengthens, storm force winds of 55 to 65 miles per hour are likely. This Nor'easter will have greater impact than usual because of the recent impact from Superstorm Sandy.

PECO has announced that as of today, power has been restored to 99 percent of its customers. Superstorm Sandy knocked out power across the region a week ago. Now PECO says fewer than 7,000 customers have no electricity. But don?t let your guard down. A powerful Nor'easter is gaining wind strength and is expected to affect us Wednesday.

In a final push for support in Pennsylvania, Mitt Romney arrived at Shady Brook Farm in Yardley last night and spoke to a crowd of 25,000 according to Secret Service estimates. Along with his wife Ann, Romney proclaimed the course needs to change in order to reach a better destination. Tomorrow is Election Day. Get out and vote!
