Police in Bucks County are searching for a missing elderly man who was last seen leaving his home on Sunday. Police say Raymond Buchek left his home on Dogwood Drive in Levittown at about 10 a.m. Sunday to take a walk and has not been seen since. He was last seen wearing a brown jacket and khaki pants. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 5 inches, about 150 lbs, and has blue eyes and white hair. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Bristol Township Police Department at 215-785-4040.

Authorities in Brick Township, New Jersey have issued a mandatory evacuation for all residents who live in the low-lying, waterfront areas of the town due to a Nor’easter expected to hit the area this week. Those living in the area of the town which is prone to flooding or storm surge must evacuate by Tuesday, November 6th at 6 p.m. Areas are listed on iradiophilly.com.

The order applies to those living in the following areas, but are not limited to:
• Midstreams neighborhood East of Jordan Rd.
• Area of Island Dr. in Cedarcroft
• North & South Dr. (Metedeconk)
• Princeton Ave. East of Beaver Dam Rd.
• Cedarbridge Manor East of Lions Lane
• Vanada Woods
• Eagle Pass
• Sandy Point
• Tilton Rd
• Cranberry Cove
• Swan Point Park including Beaton and Gale Rd.
• Baywood East of Pilot Dr. and Mandolay Dr.
• Cherry Quay South of Tiller Lane
• Sailors Quay off of Pleasant Dr., North Pier and South Sailors Quay
• Waterfront Property in Mallard Point
• Seaview Dr. & Seaview Ave in Seaview Village
• Shore Acres
• Seawood Harbor
• Waterfront Property in Bay Harbor

Residents whose homes do not fall into the mandatory area that have been affected by Hurricane Sandy are strongly encouraged to evacuate. The fight to win Pennsylvania brought former President Bill Clinton to the battleground state on Monday. No Democrat has won the presidency without Pennsylvania in 64 years. Pennsylvanians also will decide a U.S. Senate race in Tuesday’s election that could help determine control of the chamber. Polls are open Tuesday, from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., as the political parties and other groups crank up huge get-out-the-vote efforts and deploy poll watchers and lawyers to address voting complaints or to watch for dirty tricks or perceived irregularities. Philadelphia District Attorney Seth Williams said his office will have mobile units available to be dispatched to any polling place if there are reports of voter intimidation, fraud or harassment.
