Officials in Ocean County have confirmed the death of four people as a result of Superstorm Sandy. A 94 year old Forked River woman and a 71 year old Stafford man died from hyperthermia due to exposure to the cold. A 61 year old man from Brick and a 72 year old Little Egg Harbor man drowned. Today FEMA started bringing the first of several hundred pre-fab houses to parts of New Jersey and New York hardest hit by Sandy.

Democratic Congressman Bob Brady is one of many turning his attention to the looming "fiscal cliff" coming January 2nd which would increase taxes and cut federal budgets. Brady gathered with Philadelphia labor union leaders and demanded that others in Congress vote to spare federally funded programs. Brady believes that the re-election of Barrack Obama sends a clear message that America wants these programs protected.

A 72 year old retired police officer was arrested and charged in connection with a luring attempt involving an 8 year old girl last month in Philadelphia's Roxborough section. Leo Haley was taken into custody after investigators learned he approached the young girl with his vehicle and attempted to lure her in. Haley is charged with Restraint, Terroristic Threats, Luring and Harassment.
