One man who posed as a police officer is under arrest. Two others are on the loose. In two separate incidents, men posiing as Philadelphia police officers pulled people over. Real Philly police witnessed one incident at a 7-11 in Pennypack Woods and arrested the imposter. In the other incident at Cottman and Walker, two armed men with badges, guns and police shirts pulled over a truck but escaped. A tip: If you get pulled over and you are not sure about the identity/validity of the officer, dial 911 and report your location.

A Paulsboro woman has filed a $10 million dollar lawsuit against Conrail and its parent companies over the derailment of the train that dumped toxic chemical into the air and water. Alice Breeman is seeking $150,000 in compensation for injuries and $10 million in punitive damages. More than 700 residents remain under an evacuation order during the cleanup.

Mayor Nutter is forming a task force to determine why thousands of provisional paper ballots were cast in Philadelphia during the Presidential election. The number of paper ballots doubled this election and Nutter wants to use a six member group to investigate the legitimacy of the paper ballots. Upwards of 20,000 provisional ballots were filled out during the election.
