It's Christmas Eve and it appears Santa may need the light of Rudolph's nose to help find his way through some snowy weather in the Philadelphia region tonight. A winter weather advisory has been issued for the Lehigh Valley and the Poconos with snow and freezing rain in the forecast there tonight. In Philadelphia the weather will be mostly wet this evening and possibly some snow mixed in North and West as Santa Claus comes to town.

US Military officials are investigating what appears to be a suicide of a Navy SEAL commander from Pottstown. 42 year old Job W. Price died Sunday in Afghanistan of a non-combat related injury. The Naval Special Warfare family says it is deeply saddened by the loss of their teammate. SEE ALSO: Navy SEAL Cdr. Suicide

iRadioPhilly has the music soundtrack for your Christmas Eve. Most of our stations are featuring a sprinkling of Holiday songs. iRadioPhilly’s Mistletoe features continuous Christmas favorites. And starting at 6 tonight, our Martini Lounge Radio station will host a 30 hour Christmas Spectacular. Celebrate Christmas past with classics from greats like Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, Al Martino, Burt Ives, Johnny Mathis, Peggy Lee, Jimmy Durante, Steve & Eydie, and Cary Grant.

Weather
Showers this afternoon, possibly mixing with snow later. 43 in Center City.
