Philadelphia Police are asking for the public's help to find a teenage girl who went missing this week. 14-year-old Chelsea Ramsey-Jones was reported missing on Monday, January 14th when she failed to return home from school from Barry Elementary School. She lives on the 100 block of N. 60th Street. She is considered an "endangered" missing child.

Today, Thursday January 17th, Southwest Detectives were informed that Chelsea is autistic and is cognitively impaired.

She was last seen wearing a brown jacket with a fur collar, a red shirt, black skirt and black tights. She is approximately 5' 6" tall.

UPDATE Saturday night: Police are still on the look out for Chelsea Ramsey-Jones. It appears that Chelsea has gone missing before. She was reported missing in January of 2011. Police considered her a 'runaway' back then and supposed she was staying with someone she knew.

Any person with information about her whereabouts is asked to call Southwest Detectives at 215-686-3183 or dial 911.
