Philadelphia Police are investigating a gruesome discovery. Police found a woman bound and burned to death inside her Center City home today. The woman's body was found by her dog-walker early this afternoon on the 1700 block of Naudain Street. She was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspects yet and police are investigating leads. She has only been identified as a pediatrician at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.

A frigid, arctic blast is moving across the Delaware Valley tonight bringing the coldest weather of the season so far. Over the next few days the high temperature won’t get out of the 20’s with overnight lows in the teens. Accumulating snow is possible at the end of the week. Cold weather emergencies are in effect around Philadelphia.

A school bus driver in Penn-Delco has been arrested for attempting to abduct a 9 year old girl on Sunday afternoon in Upland. Thirty-seven year old Gregory Cornell was arrested after the 10 year old female victim identified him saying she was chased down 9th Street. Cornell was arrested in his vehicle that allegedly contained over 150 bags of heroin, crack cocaine and a sex toy.

Weather
Snow showers tonight. 22 in Center City.
