A video has surfaced showing a naked man with his boxers on his head climbing on the front of a SEPTA bus. The incident occurred under the El in Kensington on a Route 3 SEPTA bus near Kensington Avenue and Tioga Street. The video shows the man climbing back down off the bike rack on the front of the bus. He then calmly walks away before noticing that he is being filmed. The naked man then runs after the videographer but does not catch him and gives up chase. The man was eventually apprehended. SEPTA officials are aware of the incident and are looking into the details. It happened back on November 13th at around 2:30 p.m.
