Former Miss Delaware Teen USA Melissa King (pictured) has had an arrest warrant for her recalled at the request of her lawyer. Miss King resigned her crown after a sex tape surfaced. The former beauty pageant winner was scheduled to appear in court April 22nd for allegedly stealing money from the cash box on a municipal bus in Ocean City, Maryland.

In Vatican City, 115 Cardinals celebrated Mass this morning and are now secluded in the Sistine Chapel for the Papal Conclave preparing to cast the first vote for a new Pope. At about 8:30 tonight our time, Cardinals will cast the first ballot. If we see white smoke, we have a new Pope. If we see black smoke, voting will continue tomorrow.

One year into Pennsylvania’s law prohibiting texting while driving, drivers in and around Philadelphia are getting the most citations. AAA Mid-Atlantic says the $50 fine does not appear to be much of a deterrent, but they feel there is hope for preventing use of mobile phones, noting the seat belt law went into effect in the 80’s and some still don’t buckle up.
