Philadelphia police are investigating the report of a rape of a student waiting for a bus this morning in Germantown. The girl was alone waiting for a bus to Imani Education Circle Charter School when a man described in his 20’s wearing a ski mask and hoodie forced her into an alley and assaulted her. She was taken to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children for examination.

There was a murder suicide involving a hospice patient and her elderly husband today at the Lehigh Valley Hospital in Allentown. Two shots were fired inside the hospital at 1600 Chew Street in the hospice inpatient unit at about 1 pm. According to a hospital statement, the situation “appears to be a discrete incident” and no other patients or staff were harmed.

A former worker at abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell’s clinic testified in court today that she killed 10 infants while working there saying she and Gosnell snipped the necks of infants born during late term abortions. Adrienne Moton said she could not say exactly the number of times Gosnell snipped necks during her three years working at Gosnell’s Women’s Medical Society Clinic at 38th and Lancaster.
