The 6-year-old boy that was shot last night by a 4-year-old boy has died from his injuries Tuesday night. The two boys had been playing in the front yard of the shooter's home on McCormick Drive in Tom's River, Ocean County, New Jersey during the day on Monday. Around 6:30 pm the 4-year-old went inside his parents' home and came out with a .22 caliber rifle and his playmate was shot. The parents were home and the mother called 911. The 6-year-old was flown to Jersey Shore Medical Center where he died tonight. Investigators have removed several firearms from the home. No charges have been filed in this case so far.

14 were arrested this afternoon during a large fight in Center City. 11 are males and 3 are females and only four were over 18. Most of the people involved were high school students. The boys were from Overbrook, Roman Catholic, Bishop McDevitt and Camelot. The girls were from Hallahan, Randolf Technical and Academy at Palumbo. Police responded to a disturbance near 16th and Chestnut where 200 people were gathered. There were reports of bottles being thrown and some were fighting in the crowd.
