The FBI released photos and video Thursday of two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombing and asked for the public's help in identifying them. The photos of the two men came from surveillance cameras near the explosion sites. Within moments of the announcement, the FBI website crashed, perhaps because of a crush of visitors.

Authorities say a man is dead after he allegedly shot and killed his ex-wife on Bustleton Pike in Feasterville Bucks County on Thursday night. Authorities say police responded to the scene for reports of gunshots. There police found a woman and her 16-year-old daughter both shot. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene. The 16-year-old victim was transported to the hospital. Authorities say she was not seriously injured.

Rutgers University has reached a $475,000 settlement agreement with Mike Rice, agreeing to pay the fired men’s basketball coach for the remaining two years of his contract. Under his contract, Rice was owed a little more than $1 million for the next two years at 75 percent of his contract amount, plus an additional $100,000 for completing the 2012-13 season as coach.
