Police raided a strip club in Allentown and arrested 11 exotic dancers charged with soliciting prostitution. The Platinum Plus club is where undercover officers were offered sex acts for between $500 and $1000. The dancers were arraigned and released on $20,000 bail.

A Little League coach assaulted a 17 year old umpire, slapping him in the ear after being ejected from the game. Now the New Jersey coach, 43 year old Thomas Murphy of Berkeley Township is being slapped with several summonses for his actions. During the game with 10 to 12 year old players, an argument over a call on the base path led to the coach rage.

The Broad Street Run starts at 8:30 Sunday at ends in the Navy Yard. Today runners are picking up their credentials at an expo at Lincoln Financial Field. As precautionary measures, bags, duffle bags and backpacks will not be permitted at the start or finish areas. Runners can look forward to temperatures in the 50’s early Sunday morning.
