Eagles tickets went on sale this morning for single game seats. Typically, Eagles fans gobble up all available seats within about an hour and this season is no exception. Many fans are excited about the changes on the team since the departure of Andy Reid and the addition of new coach, Chip Kelly and his high speed approach to offense.

Villanova University’s plan to convert parking lots on Lancaster Avenue into a parking garage, dorms, retail stores and a performing arts center has been rejected by Radnor Township. Residents are concerned that zoning changes and variances necessary for the school’s $200 million project could create problems in other parts of the township if zoning changes are approved for Villanova. Villanova University was founded in 1842.
