Merchandise for the 2013 U.S. Open is now available at the on-site only store. The 24,000 square foot Merchandise Pavilion is at Merion Golf Course adjacent to the 16th tee. The Merch Pavilion is open to the public Thursday through Sunday before practice rounds begin when a ticket will be required to get onto the grounds.

In the wake of the building collapse in Center City this week, the Department of Licenses and Inspections is performing inspections on several private construction and demolition sites in Philadelphia. L&I inspected all four construction sites connected to Griffin Campbell Construction, the contractor in the collapse that destroyed the Salvation Army Thrift Store.

New Jersey is clearing the way for a second facility to start growing medical marijuana. The new facility will be in Egg Harbor in Atlantic County and should be ready to start filling prescriptions in the Fall. The Compassionate Care Foundation struck an agreement last year to open a growing center and dispensary.

Sports
The Phillies try to make it 6 wins in a row tonight in Milwaukee against the Brewers.

Weather
Rain today. 70 in Center City.
