Campbell is the contractor in charge of the demolition of the collapsed building in Philadelphia. His attorney says Campbell has never had an accident on a demolition job site, the excavating equipment was to be used for clean-up, not demolition, and that OSHA, the City and the Salvation Army inspected the site during demolition.

Last night’s storms caused a lot of damage in New Castle County, Delaware leaving several homes damaged. There were reports of a funnel cloud and a possible tornado that uprooted large trees sending them through the roofs of homes. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported.

The FBI is investigating PA Supreme Court Justice Seamus P. McCaffrey. They are taking a closer look at fees his wife received for referring clients to personal injury lawyers, According to the Inquirer, the investigation is examining 19 referral fees paid to Lise Rapaport, McCaffrey’s wife.
