The campus of Princeton University was evacuated Tuesday morning after university officials say a bomb threat was called in to the campus to multiple unspecified campus buildings. A statement from the Princeton Police Department stated that in the interest of public safety, the bomb threat is being handled as credible. The message on the school’s website urged all those on campus and those in university offices to immediately evacuate the campus. The bomb threats remains under investigation.

A young toddler, believed to be 22 months, has died after falling out a fifth-story window in Philadelphia Tuesday afternoon. The incident happened at an apartment complex in the 300 block of N. Busti Street in West Philadelphia. The child was initially rushed to Presbyterian Hospital, but was later transported to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he was later pronounced dead. Police are investigating.

New Jersey Transit commuters could soon get Wi-Fi on trains and at stations. The agency’s board is set to vote Wednesday on an agreement with Cablevision, which would provide the equipment to allow passengers to use the Internet, send and receive email, and use other applications. In return, NJ Transit says it will gain dedicated use of fiber optic, copper and wireless transmission lines at no cost to support its operation. NJ Transit said a recent customer service survey found 67 percent of its passengers use Internet devices to get service information while commuting.
