A family of four was displaced by a row home fire in Philadelphia Tuesday night at the 800 block of East Chelten Avenue in the Germantown section. Firefighters placed the blaze under control about a half hour later. No injuries were reported. The Red Cross says they are responding to help the residents displaced.

Philadelphia police say Lincoln Drive is closed in both directions due to mud from earlier flooding. Lincoln Drive was closed from Gypsy Lane to Rittenhouse Street at about 9:30 p.m. Tuesday night. Lincoln Drive was shut down earlier in both directions due to flooding.

The National Weather Service has confirmed that a low-level tornado touched down in Ocean County Tuesday morning at about 10 a.m. in Manahawkin. It was classified as the lowest level of tornado, with maximum winds of 85 mph and a path length of 2 miles. Nearby Manahawkin Baptist Church got some of the worst damage. The wind ripped the roof off the church and knock down a utility pole in the backyard. It also uprooted trees and blew apart a playground.
