Reality star Kate Gosselin has sued her ex-husband Jon Gosselin husband accusing him of stealing a hard drive and cracking into her phone and computer to obtain information for a new tell-all book. The lawsuit was filed today in federal court in Philadelphia. The lawsuit claims that the material was taken and used for a book titles “Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World.” That book was written by Jon's friend Robert Hoffman, a tabloid writer. It was since been pulled for sale from Amazon.com because it contains material obtained illegally. The couple rose to fame on their reality TV show “Jon and Kate plus 8” on TLC which followed the family's life after the birth of sextuplets. They already had of set of twins. They separated in 2009 and later divorced. Kate currently lives in Sinking Spring, while Jon lives in Wyomissing, both in Berks County near Reading, PA, 90 minutes from Philadelphia.

A woman has been charged with criminal homicide after a dead baby was found in a toilet in a bar in Northhampton County, PA. Amanda Hein, 26, of Allentown, went to Starter's Pub in Lower Saucon Township to watch a sporting event with friends. Her friends did not know she was pregnant, but noticed she was distressed. At some time, Hein went to the bathroom and gave birth to the child. She then wrapped the baby in a plastic bag and put it in the tank of the toilet. Authorities determined the baby was born healthy at 33-36 weeks and suffocated. The cleaning crew found the body the next day when the toilet would flush and looked in the tank. Because this case is a criminal homicide involving a child it qualifies for the death penalty. That is something that District Attorney John Morganelli needs to decide if he will pursue.

The Philadelphia Eagles held their final practice of training camp open to the fans at the Linc today. Head Coach Chip Kelly announced that most of the team's top unit will not be playing on Thursday night during the preseason finale versus the Jets. He wants to keep them both heathly and fresh for the regular season start. Some first unit guys in the secondary may see playing time, however. Nick Foles will start as quarterback.
