Philadelphia Police have identified a suspect in an assault of a blind man last week that was caught on tape. Police are looking for 29-year-old Mustafa Guyton. The incident occurred on October 2nd at 12:06 pm. The camera shows the suspect standing on the northeast corner of Wayne Avenue and Seymour Street in Southwest Germantown. The 33-year-old blind man was walking east on Seymour. When he approaches the corner the suspect knocks him to the ground and kicks and stomps him. The blind man suffered injuries to the head and face. If you see Guyton, do not approach him, contact 911 immediately.

A New Jersey judge has refused to delay the start of same-sex marriage in the state, denying the Christie administration's efforts to put her order on hold until an appeal could be heard by the NJ Supreme Court. Judge Mary Jacobson had initially ruled back in September that it was unconstitutional for New Jersey to block same sex marriages once the federal government was providing benefits to same sex couples. The state is set to start issuing licenses on October 21st. Jacobson's ruled that licensing did not have to be delayed especially since it was unlikely Christie's appeal would win.

More accusations against a local softball coach were revealed in court today as prosecutors sought to raise his bail. Eric Romig, 36, was arrested last week for having a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old. Romig, who had been the softball coach at Pennridge High School, was accused by the girl's parents of the inappropriate relationship. Now, prosecutors say that four more girls have come forward saying that Romig had approached them seeking sexual encounters. Some of those girls were students at Faith Christian Academy in Sellersville where Romig was basketball coach from 2005-10. His bail has been raised from $500,000 to $1 million. Anyone with information should contact Bucks County detectives at 215-348-6354.
