Sentence for DUI Homocide of Philly Cop; Phoenixville Teacher Arrested for Child Porn

A Levittown, Bucks County man was sentenced today to 10-20 years in prison, plus 10 years probation for a wrong-way DUI crash last year on I-95 that killed a motorcycle police officer on his way home from his shift. Officer Brian Lorenzo was driving his service motorcycle when he was struck and killed killed by John Leck Jr. going the wrong way on 95. Leck's blood alcohol was 2 ½ times the legal limit at the time of the crash.

A Phoenixville Middle School teacher has been arrested and charged with possession and distribution of child pornography. Kenneth Hamilton Jr., a special education teacher at Phoenixville Middle School., was arrested by Pennsylvania State Police on Saturday. They had been conducting an investigation into internet sharing of child pornography and an IP address of a computer sharing images and videos led them Hamilton. He has been placed on leave without pay by the school district and is currently being held on $250,000 bail.
