8-year-old Delaney Brown of West Reading, PA was diagnosed with a rare form of leukemia in May. Earlier this week her doctors came back with a tough prognosis giving her only days maybe weeks to live. Laney has her own 'wishlist' including meeting nearby Wyomissing native Taylor Swift (she did get to speak to her on the phone on her eighth birthday). One of her wishes was to hear Christmas carolers at her door. The people of West Reading answered that wish on Saturday night. Thousands filled Chestnut Street to sing to the terminally ill little girl. On Laney's Facebook page, there was a photo of her lying in bed with the caption, "I can hear you now!!! Love you!"

A California bishop has extended an invitation to the defrocked Central Pennsylvania minister who lost his credentials after officiating his son's gay wedding. Bishop Minerva G. Carcano of the California-Pacific Annual Conference offered former Rev. Frank Schaefer a position working in that conference. The California-Pacific Annual Conference is associated with the United Methodist Church and includes California, Hawaii, and the Pacific Islands. Bishop Carcano does not have the power to restore Schaefer's credentials but says he'd have the same rights. Schaefer is considering the offer. He has appealed the regional Board of Ordained Ministry's decision to take his credentials.

Police in Delaware County are asking the public's help in finding a woman missing now for two months. 41-year-old Deborah Dweh of Colwyn Borough, a mother of four, has been missing since November 1. She was last seen getting into a black sedan. Dweh is described as approximately 5-foot 10-inches and 170 pounds. (see photo below) Police say she sometimes goes by the name Deborah Murphy. She is known to frequent Philadelphia and Atlantic City, according to authorities. Anyone with any information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Colwyn Police Department at 484-494-4900.

Record warmth has made it's way into the area for the weekend as the temperatures have been rising all week long. Saturday's high of 67 broke the old high of 66. Sunday will be even warmer with an expected high of 72 degrees soaring past the record of 64. There will be showers breaking out later in the day. It'll be 63 degrees at kick-off for the Eagles game at 8:30. Don't get used it those, winter will come back kick with the 30's returning by Christmas Day.
