Officials at Philadelphia International Airport are investigating after an accident involving a baggage truck at one of the terminals. The accident happened around 5 p.m. Thursday at Terminal F. Airport spokeswoman Victoria Lupica says an airport tug, used to transport baggage, crashed into a window. The driver is being treated for minor injuries. No one else was hurt.

Three police officers were injured after trying to break up an after-school fight in Northeast Philadelphia. Five students are now in police custody. It was around 3 p.m. Thursday at Summerdale Avenue and Sanger Street, not far from Fels High. Students from Dobbins, Olney and Fels high schools got involved in a brawl, says School District Chief Inspector Carl Holmes.

Actor Russell Johnson, who became known to generations of TV fans as "The Professor," the fix-it man who kept his fellow "Gilligan’s Island" castaways supplied with gadgets, has died. Johnson died Thursday morning at his home in Washington State of natural causes. Johnson played high school science teacher Roy Hinkley, known to his fellow castaways as The Professor. He was 89.
